Coffee Roasting Date:


Available in the product description, and the freshest batch will be sent.


It may change daily; if it's not available, the responsibility to inquire falls on the customer.


Shortage or Error in the Order:


The customer has the right to request a financial compensation or to receive the remainder of the order.


We must be notified within three business days of receiving the order.


Order Confirmation:


The order is considered confirmed after payment is completed and confirmed.


A bank transfer receipt must be attached if applicable.


Address Details:


We must be provided with a clear address that includes the full name, street name, house number, district, and a notable landmark.


Missing information is considered an incomplete address.
