Replacement policy
Order cancellation is processed before the order status changes to "Ready." If the customer requests order cancellation while the order status is "Processing," the cost of transfer fees and shipping waybill charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The customer has the right to replace or return products if they arrive damaged or unusable due to a manufacturing defect, provided that the store is notified (through available communication channels) within seven working days of receiving the order.
If the shipment is returned to the store due to incorrect customer information entered and the customer requests the order to be re-shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
If the shipment is returned to the store due to the customer’s lack of responsiveness to shipping companies and the customer requests a refund, processing fees and shipping waybill costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund processing period ranges from 3 to 14 working days.
If the shipment is returned to the store due to the customer’s lack of responsiveness to shipping companies and the customer requests the order to be re-shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
